Full surgical services are offered including robotically assisted hysterectomy, operative laparoscopy and laser surgery. Dr. Russell has a special interest in vaginal surgery and problems of pelvic support.

In obstetrics, Dr. Russell welcomes women who desire natural childbirth with minimal interventions, as well as those with complicated pregnancies. Patient concerns and expectations, including pain control and epidural anesthesia for delivery are fully explored at obstetrical visits. Dr. Russell has consistently achieved low rates of Cesarean section.
